post your core routine

    I'm looking to put together a new workout day where I hit my core. I was wondering if any of you had a routine that you found is effective to increase definition and balance.

    I did a manual search and was unable to find anything. Please try to avoid posting 'do 400 situps' or stupid advice like that.

    increasing definition is gonna be done through your diet

    I do weighted pulldown crunches, spread eagle situps, leg raises, regular weighted situps. I'll in some back bridge type things every now and then

    why don't you go to the archives and browse around in there.... and then come back with some better questions where you won't get these do 500 situp answers.......

    3 days a week
    12 X 3 Deadlifts
    12 X 3 Squats
    12 X 3 Pull-ups
    12 X 3 Bicep Curls
    12 X 3 Shrugs
    12 X 3 Standing Calf Raises
    50-100 standard sit-ups

    why dont you read my orignal post? i did a manual search of the archives. I dont think my question could be any easier. Should i draw pictures to make it easier for you to understand?

    because there are several good routines in there, chris's and WSB would both be great for strengthening the core, and i am sure max-ot, something that is in there would be great too

    fair enough. here is the routine i'm doing now:

    I was doing Christpher's routine for 3 months and while it was great, i prefer the above routine.

    What I'm wondering is if anyone has a routine where one day is dedicated to planks, situps, that kind of stuff.

    Suprisingly, it only takes around an 90minutes usually

    I'm not saying it's perfect, I'm fucking smaller than 99% of this site I'm doing it because I'M TOO LAZY TOO SEARCH FOR A BETTER ROUTINE. So I just hit every muscle every workout 3 times a week

    If I'm that special you could make a better one for me
