Post your Chest Workouts

    Just wanted to see what you guys do for chest days. Excersises, how many sets and reps. Any tips on how to square out the chest?

    Shrug. I do what feels right on chest days.

    Today I did flat bench, olympic bar.
    135x20
    225x15
    275x10

    Then DB presses, flat bench.
    90'sx10
    100x10
    110x10
    120x8 :sad:

    Inclined DB
    90x10
    100x10
    110x10

    Military press, hammer strength machine.
    90x10
    180x10
    230x7

    cable pulls
    100x10
    110x10
    120x10

    I dont know, generally I go until failure or it hurts. Seems to work for me.
    I go heavy every other chest day. So, in a few days I might try for PR again.

    I switch it up.. but I keep it pretty simple.

    Incline Barbell
    Decline Barbell

    Incline DB
    Decline DB

    Machine Presses
    DB flies
    Cable flies
    weighted dips

    Not all in one day, but I tend to grab a few of those for 4 sets and rep ranges of 8-12

    Dumbell flies huh? I havent tried that. My chest days are boring an drepetitive because im new to the gym.I always do

    Incline machine
    Free weight bench press
    Machine Flies
    Military Press
