Post your chest routine

    And possibly your chest. I think my chest is lacking and I want to start something more effective. 5'8, 145lbs, 18, male, if you even need the info. Oh and I'm looking for size and strength.

    Search for a the MAX-OT program or Christophers routine. Follow one of those and start eating brotha.

    The training logs will be your best bet for routines. As for chest options:

    Bench Press
    Floor Press
    Dumbbell Press
    One Arm Dumbell Press
    One Arm Bar Press
    Cable Flies
    Clapping Push-ups

    Put those titles in Google Images for pictures of how to do them.

    Bench Press
    Incline Press
    Decline Press
    Incline / Decline flyes

    Bench-
    225/ 7
    235/ 4
    245/ 3
    245/ 3

    DB incline press-
    95s/ 6
    95s/ 5
    95s/ 5

    DB incline flys-
    65/ 6
    65/ 5
    65/ 5

    Hammer strength bench press
    225/ 6
    225/ 6

    flat DB press - 3 x 8 (not including two warm-up sets)
    flat DB flyes - 3 x 8
    cable crossover fly - 3 x 8

    used to do:

    flat DB press - 3 x 8
    incline DB press - 3 x 8
    flat DB flye - 3 x 8
    incline DB flye - 3 x 8

    -flat BB/DB bench 3x8 (alternate DB and BB each week)
    -incline DB/BB bench 3x8 (when i do BB on flat, i do DB on incline, and vice versa)
    -decline BB bench 3x8
    -incline cable flys 3x8

    and i was 5'9'' 140-145 when i first started lifting about 9 months ago. now i weigh 165 and my bench has gone from 170 to 240

    i disagree... db presses work my shoulders and stabalizers a lot more, but i can do a ton more weight and really hit the chest hard with bb bench

    i use christophers routine.
