    This my planned one for tommorow...


    2 crepes (w. jam and fruit/ or nutella)

    cinnamon sugar soft pretzel

    100g baked lays

    500g mango sorbet

    then at night....more normal

    1/2 bagel w/ 3oz spicy thai chilli tuna

    2 skewers chicken souvlaki
    2 ears of corn

    instone chocolate puddding

    2566calories/ 47g fat(17%)/432g carbs(66%)/107g protein(17%)
