I plan on gaining some poundage and wondered what everyone here usually eats. My primary goal is to gain muscle with the least amount of fat possible.

i've gone two routes with bulking, the retarded way and the semi-retarded way, i'll just post the retarded way

    Meal 1
    1000 calorie shake

    Meal 2
    fast food

    Meal 3
    1000 calorie shake

    Meal 4
    frozen pizza

    Meal 5
    1000 calorie shake

    Meal 6
    more fast food

This is the stork approved plan to gain 80 lbs in 9 months, good luck

this is from my log on a training day, I took in about 1k less total calories on non-training days from less carbs. I was actually gaining a shit ton of muscle and dropping lots of fat at the same time while eating this.

I always had 50g of protein at every meal, avoided mixing carbs and fats, and didn't eat any carbs except from veggies after 4:00

    Heres a maintenance day:

    Total: 3175 cal
    Fat: 125g
    Carb: 243g
    Protein: 258g

For bulking purposes, keep adding 500 calories until you acheive your desired rate of weight gain (read, unless you are on juice, a pound a week is more than enough).

It doesn't really matter if they do or don't, the protein in nuts, milk, any diary, beans, grains, etc are not very good sources of protein. You want to make sure you get your goal of protein from

    1. Lean meats
    2. Protein Supps
    3. Eggs

Its best to get protein in from whole foods.

For fat loss food choices are one of the most important things. You want to make sure you're taking in quality protein, good clean carbs, and good fats. Try to not take in any carbs later at night also

    a lot

I go to places like Sam's Club & Costco that require memberships but give real discounts on meat when buying in bulk.

If you think thats a lot of food, you have no idea son.
