so...what is it???
i had yellow cake with chocolate frosting this morning
chocolate pop tarts, a pepsi and a protein shake
egg whites w/ a little cheese
eggs and a little bacon
probably gonna up it to 5 eggs tomorrow
1 cup of egg whites, 2 extra large eggs, spices
A piece of fruit
6 egg whites 2 yolks with ketchup all over it
12 oz milk w/ 2 scoops max milk
1 scoop choco wpi
2 tbsp PB
1/2 cup oats
1/4 cup liquid eggwhites
2 cups of skim milk
4 egg whites 1 yoke
2 scoops of whey
2 Bacon egg and cheese taquitos.
1 scoop max milk
1 scoop whey
3 egg whites 1 whole egg
2 pieces toast
can of chilli... my coworkers were not pleased.
16 oz. of 2% milk, two scoops of maltodextrin and two scoops of Optimum whey
eggs, sausage, potatoes
2-3 slices potato bread or 15-grain bread; toasted
2 tbsp all natural mango jelly
1 scoop cytosport vanilla bean w/ water and ice
2 scoops protein
cinnamon life and milk
Peanut Butter sandwich on whole wheat and 1 scoop whey in water
Tomorrow will be sardines in spicy tomato sauce + brown rice. Any of my asian fellow F&Ners eat this stuff?
probably eggs and a piece of wheat toast tomorrow...
1tbsp peanut butter
1/3 cup oatmeal
500ml skim milk
2 scoops of max milk
1 cup of oats
6 egg whites + 2 whole eggs: Scrambled w/ 1/4cup cheddar cheese.
2 slices of ham
4 XL scrambled eggs.
plus waffles or pop tarts.
Cranberry juice or OJ.
