Post your breakfast meal

    I eat breakfast at 7am, and im hungry in 1h30m. I feel this is a major problem in my training as i have never eaten a large size breakfast. Just cereal, toast etc.

    I was having 1cup of oats, 50g protein on top of the other stuff but still didnt feel like i was being fuelled adequately..

    looking for some inspiration from you guys that know about nutrition.

    currently looking to put on size but do so cleanly to minimise bodyfat, if that helps.

    Oatmeal (or cereal if i'm super lazy) and eggs, sometimes a banana, sometimes fat-free milk.

    whatever i can fit in my mouth while i'm late to work at 6:30. usually amounts to two handfuls of cereal and two eggs, but yeah i eat a protein bar about 2-3 hours later

    Usually an omelet (1 cup egg whites + 1 egg) with a couple of my high protein bread or french toasts with the same foods.

    2-3 cups of old fashioned oatmeal + enough skim milk to make it wet + some honey
    1 protein shake
    1 glass of oj

    3 eggs with mushrooms, peppers, and bacon. There are two pieces of sourdough toast as well. :yum:

    If i'm running behind i drink a shake.

    Milk? MILK???

    I understand that your supps have not come in yet but never EVER, EVER include milk in your diet. Man I'm pissed off now. Instead get some eggs, cold meat or something but NOT MILK. F**K.

    40g of protein and 20g of glutamine mixed in water
    1 large ruby red grapefruit
    20 almonds or 2-3 tablespoons of PB.

    Thanks for the response. That makes sense than. All the milk has now been dumped out. I am milk free. Thanks also for my supplement schedule.

    I differ from everyone here. I tend to eat more carbs at the beginning of the day and finish off my protein as the day goes on (for instance, my dinner tonight will have about 15 g carb total, whereas breakfast had nearly 50).

    I also eat a very high fiber breakfast. This is for two reasons - one, I tend to be very regular because I watch fiber, and thus I move my bowels in the morning. In order to regulate my digestion the next 24 hours, I eat a good portion of fiber for breakfast.

    1.5 scoops whey, 2 cups milk, 2 tbsp peanut butter = morning shake


    2 scoops whey with water + 1 slice whole wheat bread w/ 2 tbsp PB = alternate breakfast



    On weekends and some week days I will make eggs and maybe even bacon.
