Squat is in belt and wraps, bench is w/shirt, and deads is just belt. Raw is for faggots (well not really)

I'm so envious of you guys and your huge numbers. :o

I feel weak and feeble... but want to work that much harder to get to my 1000!!!

My motivation is not to touch gear until I can't go any further raw. Or 500lbs squat/deadlifts come in.

i havent maxed in years for one rep so i cant really post my hay day numbers, it makes christophers mad. So my workout weights last week were

    bench 120lb db's for 12
deadlift 405 x8 then i did 500 for giggles an did an easy 3 but stopped. (havent done it in 18 months)
    squat usually 405 x10-12

i don't have any good solid #'s right now.

bench - just switched back to bb after working with db's for a while and increased strength hasn't transfered back over , at least not yet. maybe 315 max right now.

dead - 405 x 3 post back injury. still hesitant to push it here in fear of re-injuring my lower back :(

    squat - 405 x 5, no idea on 1RM here.

    edit: 5'7.5 ~ 175lbs
