post your big 3 v. WILK chart

    TZ found a WILK chart that is used by the IPF and USAPL... basically it normalizes the amt of weight lifted to the lifter's body weight

    here's mine...

    wilk = 323.8162


    EDIT: use this one from GOGZ... no math needed... just punch in ur #s

    this chart seems to even up the board and not favor light nor heavy weights

    Its what the chart was for... evening out the field for geared powerlifters.

    i think they only use the coefficients for "best lifter" awards.

    my coefficient is .574 using gogz's link. it also said Score: 315.04

    the coefficient comes out the same on both charts but the results are different

    the first chart gives me 713.9125 and the second 323.8162... wonder what the math behind the second is since i'm only multiplying the co-e * total from the first chart...

    i dunno but i cross checked on a couple other calculators and it was the same, not going to look into it
