I need a little help. Mine seems to be lacking. I have decent size but I'd really like my arms to be wider. What are exercises that work for you?

I have a similar problem. The truth is, they are simply too small. Just keep hitting them hard.

When doing something like this. Do you guys get all of your shoulder stuff done, then get all of your tris done, finally all of your bis done. Or do you do a shoulder excercize then a tri then a bi and repeat it? So you get some rest for the muscle group.

well you do have 2 arms don't you?

I do shoulder press with right then curl with the left, then switch it up

tris are last because it's machine

Anyone else want to comment on this?

I stopped doing BB curls due to wrist problems. Wondering if I should pick them up again.

    Fixed BB Curl 4 x 10
    EZ Curl Preachers 3-4 x 10
    Incline DB Curls 3-4 x 15-20
    Hammer Curls 2 -3 x 15
    Wrist Curls 1-2 x 20

I think the EZ curl bar is like 15lbs...and i noticed there was another smaller straight bar, a little longer than an ez curl bar, anyone have any idea how much those weigh? Might start doing those...Fixed are nice, but they only go up in 10s...

I also do Widegrip Normal grip (palms facing away) pullups in high reps, something like 4 sets 10-15 reps, sometimes add weight...those seem to help
