Im looking for a new back routine.
Right now im doing
Close grip pulldowns.
Barbell Bent-over Row
Dumbbell Bent-over Row
Barbell Good-morning (not straight legged though, can't find it)
you guys do the same thing every time you do back?
A good routine that I like
Wide grip pullups super set with Deads
4 sets of each. Or as many sets of pullups as it takes to get to 50 total (only 4 sets of deads though, maybe 5 )
Also on the pullups, if you're really feeling horny you could add in close grip chins for the win.
Over hand alternated with underhand.
4x12 of each.
Close grip cable rows
your routine should be reginmented for 6-8 weeks, then alternate.
