hanging leg ups, whatever i can get
    weighted cable crunch, like 5 x 20
    regular ole crunches, 5 x 20
    leg lifts, 5 x 20
    landmines, 5x10
    decline weighted crunches, 5 x 20

I can't do them well so I avoid them. I tend to swing way too much so when I do leg raises I use the thing where you rest on your forearms instead of hanging down.

Your lower back has to be rounded (pelvis tilted posteriorly) or else it's a hip flexor movement.

ok...it sounds like I am doing them right most of the time because I concentrate on rounding the back otherwise I dont feel it in my abs nearly as much....thanks

Great way to finish off an ab workout.
I generally work mine for at least half an hour a day 5 days a week.
You're right about the hanging leg raises. You really DONT see a lot of people doing those right at all. Everyone thinks that rounding the back takes emphasis OFF the abs instead of putting it on.
Ever try the hanging leg raise as a static movement? It burns to all hell, but I'm not sure if it's too good for the back if you do it static.
