    1 slim fast optima
    6 egg whites
    1 glass skim milk

    LUNCH:
    2 chicken breasts with seasoning
    1 NPB sammich
    2 glasses milk

    SNACK:
    2 scoops whey protein

    DINNER:
    1 NPB sammich
    1 Tina's microwave burrito

    ***workout here***

    SNACK 2:
    2 scoops whey protein

    7am 3 whole eggs with oatmeal (mixed together)
    10 am 2 hard boiled eggs
    12 pm 3 hard boiled eggs
    2 pm 2 whole grain tortillas with turkey and non fat cheese
    dinner ?? whatever I feel like fixing

    12:00- turkey breast w/ shake 'n bake, 1oz. almonds
    01:30- lavash flat bread w/ 1 tbspn almond butter
    03:00- BK whopper w/o mayo
    04:00- lavash flat bread w/ 1 tbspn almond butter
    06:00- turkey breast w/ shake 'n bake, 1oz. almonds
    08:00- 2 sausages
    10:00- egg whites w/ muscle milk

    10am snack:
    handful of almonds

    lunch:
    Grilled chicken Garden salad from BK
    Water(17oz)

    3pm Snack:
    Handful of almonds
    Water (17oz)

    Dinner:
    Some kinda of balanced healthy meal such as
    chicken w/potatoe and a veggie
    diet pepsi (12oz)

    [workout 1 hr after dinner]

    Post workout:
    Protein shake (2 scoops whey)
    water (17oz)

    - half cup oats, 2 scoops whey, 2 cups milk, 1tsp olive oil

    - some kind of meaty sandwich with a little salad

    - 1 scoop whey, half cup oats, banana

    - 1 scoop whey, 2 cups milk

    - dinner - always lots of meat, usually with rice, sometimes veggies

    - can of tuna and an apple

    Cutting on that, losing 2lbs/week :o

    it's not too bad actually. Now if I eat a salad, I have mudd butt for 3 days.

    9:00-3 scoops cytogainer in 2 cups milk
    12:30-2 peanut butter sandwiches
    4:00-1 lb ground beef with 1 can corn

    Not too hungry today, I'll have a lb of steak, 2 baked ptoatoes, 2 cans tuna, a big omelet, perhaps a protein shake with milk and other assorted crap before the day is over

    7pm - workout

    10:00pm

    2 tbslp cod liver oil
    2 tbslp rapeseed oil
    100g coconut


    The two meal a day, fat only diet is going fantastic :coold:

    I get fiber just not from salad. Regular salad. I have to choke it down as it is, I fucking hate it. I'd rather eat dirt from the dug out at yankee stadium.
