I live in a dorm and don't have access to the cafeteria post-workout(usually work out at 7-9 and dining commons close at 8) What's the best I can do without a kitchen? I only have a small fridge. I'm guessing I can make room for canned tuna or the like. Any suggestions?

directly after yur workout? whey+carbs (powerade and the like)

an hour or so later, some form of protein+some starchy/grainy carbs. chicken with rice, lean steak and baked potato, etc.

    Immediately after workout = whey

About 30-45min later = tuna or premade chicken on whole wheat, some cheese, and for desert a couple tbspn's of peanutbutter.
