i was wondering if it hurts to eat high calorie food without much, if any, nutritional benfit, such as cheesecake from the cheesecake factory at 500 cal/slice. assuming i am going to eat it sometime throughout the day, is it bad to eat fatty foods after a workout? i eat a proper meal about 45 min later when i get home. will this help me gain? or should i stick to healthier foods after my workout? i am workout out to gain weight fyi.
