Is that ok to do that? lets say 2 scoops of on whey and 5 g of creatine after the work out?

nah last guy i know that did that got way to swoll almost died from it
its fine, if your blending add a fruit.
creatine is ok before, during or after a workout.

muscle cramps, and they suck... i dont use creatine regularly i just sometimes use it PWO with glutamine as a recovery stack
