    had some microwave digornio personal sized pizza for breakfast
    8 oz ground turkey w/ some cheese for lunch
    turkey sandwich and protein shake for snack
    most likely beer for dinner

    breakfast: giant muscle milk

    lunch: two sausages and buns, giant glass of skim milk



    normally i'd have eaten 4 meals (2200+ cals) by this point int he day, but i drank last night and my stomach never lets me eat consistently after drinking. that shit is fucking me up, son

    breakfast: 1/2 cup of oats/2 scoops of whey/3 tbsp of canola oil
    lunch:6 whole eggs/ 1/2cup of oats/ton of brocolli
    snack:beef jerky
    2 cups of milk/2 scoops of whey
    dinner: 2 cans of tuna + sesame oil + brocolli
    I'm about to eat about an 1oz of peanuts + 2 cups of milk

    swedish fish (one of the nurses i work with brings them in on my weekend and i cant stop eating them).

    Missed breakfast.. grabbed some potato salad and a chicken breast over pasta w/tomato sauce. For dinner I had a rotissery chicken (garlic/lemon). Add in a cup of coffee, a diet pepsi, and tons of water and thats pretty much it.

    145.7g carbs
    88.9g fat
    211.5g protein

    According to calorieking nutrition manager. The cals don't add up with the macro breakdown, but it's close.
