    worst day for me in a long time:
    Whey shake + PB&J sandwich morning

    Grilled chicken sandwich on chibatta +fruit at work. All the veggies no mayo

    didnt eat the rest of the day till just now:
    1 pint of ben and jerry's oatmeal cookie icecreame (1000 shit calories)
    1lb seven layer bean dip from Safeway
    1/2 lb antipasto mix (olives, aritchokes, peppers, onions in olive oil) from safeway.

    HUGE calorie late meal, I had a craving so bad for shit. I am bulking so it's ok I guess :)

    no cut died bandwagon please

    I have been doing nothing but eating, sleeping, studying, and lifting for the past week. I haven't been able to go grocery shopping since Ive been spending ~10 hours a day the past 3-4 days at the library. Almonds are the only thing I can pack and eat at the library to get my good fats in.

    its really funny, when I'm there for 10hrs straight i'll pack 4 or 5 meals and eat like full course meals ever 2 hours....people are like "wtf is wrong with this guy"

    2 scoops ON classic whey vanilla in H2O
    1 cup cooked lean ground beef with mushrooms
    1/2 cup french cut green beans

    Todays total will probably finish around 200g protein, 60-80g fat, 0-15g carbs. Zeros carb days are my worst enemy.
