    400mg caffeine
    3g L-arginine
    400-600mg ibuprofen

    15 min prior
    4g creatine mono

    Lately it's been:
    1 hour pre-wo: protein shake
    30 mins pre-wo: EC or nicotine gum/coffee

    I only bother with stims before lifting, I lift at the end of the day and due to my job I'm frequently mentally tired.

    Apple, bowl of oatmeal, couple scoops of whey, EC stack and green tea caps. Oh and usually a cup of coffee but that's more to wake me up/make me shit.

    1 scoop whey
    creatine
    grape juice
    2 caffeine pills or EC

    EDIT: sometimes a banana if I dont use the juice.

    I used to do that, I loooooove peanut butter toast :love: I had to stop though, I was cheating on the amount of pb I put on and having bread in the house presented too great a temptation.
