Post up your gym attire and reg carry @ the gym

    I wear tear-away polyester pants and a polypropylene sleeveless shirt (to wick away sweat) and a damp bandana as a sweatband.

    Carry: Towel, water, ipod, and I pop in a fresh piece of gum as I leave the car.

    adidas or nike running shorts, white t or old ass quiksilver tanks on arm days to see my pumpys. i wear a hat on supserset days and leg days always as a sweat band bc jesus christ i sweat like an ape.

    i was always under the impression that chewing gum was a bad idea, it makes your body send blood to the stomach because your body thinks it is going to eat due to the gum

    can also make you sick to your stomach

    Old t-shirt, mesh shorts and shoes. I have my water, pwo shake, knee wraps, chalk, towel, gloves and straps (which I never use anymore) in the bag and I carry my belt.

    for sure, when i did arms the other day i thought to myself 'someone is gonna comment on my shit today'...every time i do a superset workout for arms, they get so pumped and vascular, i had like 2 or 3 broly compliments, felt good bro

    sometimes I make a shake and leave it and a gatorade in my car in the winter to sip on on the drive home. if it's hot out I just bring the gatorade. I kinda like the taste/feeling of warm gatorade now :o

    running shorts, wick-away- shirt.. NOTHING cotton because I sweat too damn much and can literally wring out my clothes when done.

    and may carry pair of shoes with me when i go running on a pack or something--so run in m asics kayanos and then swap to my older burnt out pair.

    they have towels there, then i just try avoiding drinking water as long as i can.

    my favorite workout attire was two guys working out.. very much together, and their t-shirts had a picture of two high-fiving dudes in spandex with the caption "We're not gay. We're workout buddies!"

    My friend and I about died laughing.

    I like to keep my body warm until I get going in my workout. I'll usually take it off after a couple of minutes when I feel loose.

    I always have it on for my cardio work though. I actually put the hood on and pull the strings a little to keep the heat in and sweat my balls off
