    I'm curious.

    As for me, right now...
    Arnold
    Side/Front Raise
    Upright Row

Thinking about throwing in reverse db flys again.

Try throwing in some face pulls or rear delt rows... you'll feel them like never before.

I'd take out the front raises... anterior(front) deltoid gets worked enough with the DB presses

i usually always do something different, but this is what i did today

    in order
seated db shoulder press (7 working sets 6-10reps)
cable upright rows (4sets pyramiding up all 12 reps)
seated bb shoulder press (4sets 7-12reps)
side db raises (5sets all 10-12reps)

some older workouts that i like
hanging cleans SUPERSET front db raises at the same time
bb upright rows SUPERSET db side raises
    standing push presses
    side cable raises

for rear delts i work them with my back
    usually
high cable rear delt extensions 1 arm at a time
    reverse machine flies
    face pulls

go to the smith or power rack (i prefer the smith) and lower the bar to about thigh height and lock it in
get a swiss exercise ball or a bench and put it a few feet away from the smith press
lay down on the floor on your back under the bar and put your feet on the ball/bench, heels down
grip the bar a little wider than shoulder width out (like you were doing a benchpress or something) and pull yourself up
    lower slowly and repeat

I do what I call a rear cross:

Stand in the middle of the cable rack and lower the pulleys to the bottom and remove all attachments/handles (leave the carabiner deals).
Grab the carabiner deal on my left side with my right hand and the one on my right with my left hand.
Stand in the middle of the rack with my hands crossed at about hip level.
Pull directly through with each hand until I am basically standing spread eagle in the middle of the rack with the cables crossed in front of my chest.
    Lower, repeat.

I'll see if I can find a better description.
