    or are eating right now.

    for lunch im having a 12" blimpie tuna sub on wheat and a bag of chips. should be good for about 1100 cals and 50gs of protien.

    i missed my morning protien/oats shake for the first time in like 2 months cause i was hungover and late for work today :o so i gotta make up for it.

    rice, spare ribs, chow mein, 500ml's 1% milk. eaten like 10 mins ago.

    Breakfast = Special K breakfast bar and 2 20 oz water.

    Lunch = 1 can of tuna, 1 bag instant oatmeal, 1 small bag of mini-carrots and 1 tiny slim jim beef stick. 1 20 oz bottle of water.

    How am I doing? I've got a date with the beach a week from today in Negril, Jamaica

    instant oatmeal = crap
    slim jim = crap

    however, assuming all your meals are small as hell like that you will lose weight, assuming thats what you're going for.

    about to eat lunch- 1/2 chicken breast cut up over a bead of Romaine lettuce with picante sauce and fat free Italian dressing

    does a protien shake count? if not then I had an ultimate cheeseburger and small fries last night after my workout :hsugh:

    low carb day, thats meal 3 of 8 ;) 8oz is 40-50 protein give or take a few

    no, I know its low carb...but even on my zero carb days I am eating more than that...


    you think I'm eating too much if I"m going 2-3 breasts on large meals? Like on zero carb days or I consider zero carbs to be less than 50.

    my big 3 (breakfast lunch and dinner) will be 12-15 eggs, 32 oz of water and 1 rice cake

    lunch = 2-3 chicken breasts, 1 shake and 20oz of water

    dinner = either 2 12 oz steaks or 2 chk breasts, or pork chops with 2 rice cakes and 20 oz of water

    I actualy eat to get full...and the inbetween meals are smaller like protein bars and water or a shake or a snack like beef jerky, etc.

    eating currently:
    3 small pieces boneless skinless chicken breast
    1 small green apple
    20 fat free unsalted pretzel sticks (2 inches each, the tiny kind...)
    medium class of OJ

    2 Scrambled Eggs
    2 Small pieces of sausage
    Bowl of Raisin Bran with Skim Milk
    Couple Glasses of OJ
    Couple Slices of Whole Wheat Toast

    Not too bad a breakfast i would say....

    Im trying to get zipped so it may be different for you right now, 40-50 protein per meal is more then enough for me, esp at 7-8 times a day. I have never in my life eaten over 400 protein and never will. I dont really have too.

    I think to maintain 8-10% your diets awesome, but I dont think you need more then 10 oz or chicken or beef at a time
