Im trying to just eat better...I know how to work out etc...Just trying to drop some extra BF%'s. Anyways, I was wondering what the best thing to eat after a long run would be? I am always so confused as to what to eat after a long run... Also, my current meal plan includes the following... 7am Breakfast - 1 1/2 cups oatmeal, 1 hard boiled egg 9:30 snack - 1 cup oatmeal 12 lunch - 1 can Tuna + Apple 3:30 snack - Hard boiled egg, 2 pieces of turkey 4 - Gym 7 dinner - Chicken breast, salad w/ cottage cheese, and rice 10 - Protein shake w/ banana and a 1/4 cup of cottage cheese. Does that sound healthy enough? Or what would you brollys suggest?
