So I am 6'4" and I want to see other people's pictures so I can see what I want and help motivate me for my goal.

Right now I am 6'4'' and fat :o Well I up to a high of 320lbs at one time, but am at 270 currently.

Also what is an idea weight for a guy of my height? I may have to be a little heavier as I also have a pretty wide frame and monkey arms at 6"11". Basically the body type I am looking for some a nice muscular body without all this excess fat.

    Thanks F&N.

Check my profile pic, I'm 6'3.5" 252lbs as of today. Personally I think I'm still fairly lean and lanky despite having 18.5" arms

Thanks man, I think it's one of those things where you always looking in the mirror and see that same 165lb dude no matter how big you get. :sadwavey:

Ideal weight would depend on the look you are going for, I'd say at least 240 though

    thanks.
i don't much care for long cardio sessions, so i try to keep it intense. I go through about 2.5 months of cutting in the spring where i do cardio. Ill do the rowing machine for
    1:30 quick/ :30 all out sprint x5
then a quick run on the treadmill at as fast as i can handle for 10 minutes, then ill just chill on the eliptical till i get about ~100ish calories.
