tuna + rice
cottage cheese + salsa or just pepper
chicken/fish + broccoli or salad
the staple meals of my diet are lke that. Everything else is frozen food or things without protein (supplemented by whey). none of them are my favorite, because they're boring, but I enjoy eating them.
That shit takes too long to load, reformat it to jpg.

grilled chicken , red sauce , some low fat cheese. Some parm on top.

fat free cottage cheese mixed with whey
i go with the steak...minus the bread. although im guna have to start bumping up the carbs soon...guna be running nearly 10 miles a week...this coming from like 6-8 (on a bike...)
