    17,000 square foot facility has it all! 3 boxing rings, 2 cages, gymnastics-sized grappling mat, dance studio, weight room, student lounge, pro shop, television production studio, weight room, steam room, shower facility, over 100 striking bags and training apparatus. :x:

    That and you're forgetting the Xyience rashguard lololo.

    Don't worry chechen, thats cool how it looks like you don't give a crap about what you look like in a tourny, I've seen some ridiculous stuff that people wear for reasons only god knows why. Like one time I saw a guy wearing a rashguard.. under his wrestling singlet. ???

    just found out that rich franklin is giving a seminar in gastonia, nc sometime in may. cant remember, but its like $100 for 2 days. i believe its like 4 hours away from me. i might attend depending on work.

    also, the same gym is trying to get bas rutten, if they do, ill be sure to attend that.

    Training at the gym (yes my clinch is wrapped incorrectly, my elbows arent tucked and the guy is holding the pads WAYYYY too low... but its what I got)

    also you shouldn't interlock your fingers. lap one hand over the other and hold the head rather than the neck (i'm sure you know that, just thought I'd be boring and redundant :o )


    also a lot of people (including myself) find that by pointing the foot down when throwing a knee my calves tighten up and can swing my knee out harder and, since the calves aren't being stretched, there is less chance of muscular injury. When it comes to little details like that it's usually a matter of personal preference though.
