    or foods you eat for nutritional purposes. i eat this shit everyday or regularly.

    those aren't the exact ones i get. i get mine from trader joe's. and they taste incredible. there's no odor at all from them. that sulfury taste you sometimes get when you make them yourself is NOT present in these, somehow. like i said, i ate ten (a whole bag) today.

    a lot of people give brewers yeast to their dogs, supposed to give them a shiny coat or something, never seen it packaged for human consumption though....

    Here's my weekly grocery list.

    Apples
    Bananas
    Tuna
    Oats
    Cottage Cheese
    chicken
    broccoli or other green veggies (typically frozen, i'm lazy)
    eggs
    ground turkey
    water
    brown rice (now that i think of it, i haven't had any of this in MONTHS)

    ocassionaly i'll buy
    tuna steak
    fresh tilapia
    (or other random finfish)
