I've been doing my moderate to high intensity cardio late, after work (usually 7ish or 8ish for anywhere from 30-60 minutes). I'm about to switch to HIIT now since I'm in better shape, and need to accelerate the weight loss. Presently I'm drinking whey shakes after cardio. Should I be eating any post-cardio recovery foods? Especially given how late it is? What do you guys think?
