Post cardio meals and Proper Squat form

    Been wondering about post cardio day meals...is oatmeal ok? I was told to eat good carbs at least 20-30g. On days i weight train i know high protein is good like designer whey....should i stick to whey protein on cardio days?

    Also can someone give me a link that displays proper squat form. A video would help too, I love squats but always end up with a pain in one of my legs.
