    without getting a fee?

I am getting sick of the fact that were I used to have connection, I have zero connection. Also, my calls keep getting dropped for whatever reasons. Its getting annoying

cant switch to cingular w/o signing a new contract.

try this. look on the new coverage map and pick out a specific area that there isnt coverage in digital or gsm. then call customer service and tell them you are moving there. call up and act like you are calling to see what you should do about moving and tell them thats where you are moving. possibly they will see there isnt coverage there and you can ask if you can be let out of the contract w/o penalty

Not that I know of - I had so many problems with AT&T before that I refuse to do any more business with them. I know that doesn't help you right now but I just wanted to say :)
