    No this isn't a parody...

Was wondering yesterday if our bodies develop a tolerance to whey, creatine, and other supplements so that we end up not getting the most out of it?

eventually your body will work up a tolerance to whey protein, you'll just have to start taking it intravenously

given protein and creatine are required by the body for ideal operation, it wouldn't make evolutionary sense for it to build up a tolerance to it. If it did, we'd eventually reach a point where it would be physically impossible to consume enough to meet bodily demands

Follow up question; usually after doing sprints I noticed I breathe more. Do you guys think I am going to build up a tolerance to oxygen?
