Possible to beat the flat-ass gene?

    So it has been asked many times before by females on this board..

    "How do i get a nicer ass?"

    They are often told to do deadlifts, squats, lunges etc, and whilst these are all valid suggestions, has anyone ever noticed a friend/gf/acquaintance go from a flat ass, to a more firm, rounder booty?

    Are there any transformation before/after photos out there to illustrate such a change?

    Or do you simply think that the only way to get a sweet shaped ass, is to be born with it?

    I can vouch for the fact that all of these work.

    I incorporate squats, DLs, and Good Mornings into my work out. I try to do squats twice a week and the others 2 times.

    Firm arse and better shape abound. Sorry no pics though, don't want to scare off the masses.

    I understand the firmness, i mean its only logical that working the glutes will firm up the rear, however have you truly noticed any improvement in how your ass actually LOOKS?

    For the record too, i dont think she has a flat ass, but she is convinced she does, and that there is nothing she can do about it...i dont want to give false hope so i was checking here first :o

    I didnt have an ass in high school, now bitches love my recently built ass. Lots of deep squats and DL's s what did it for me.

    I'm a male, and I've built a better ass with squats and lunges. I used to get joked with about some of the women at work about someone stealing my ass, and now those jokes are gone.

    Why bother trying to improve on anything in life? Something can always be better..

    I guess i dont understand the benefit of these exercises for ass-building, as I have skated since i was 11 and developed a rather large bubblebutt because of it.. so when i hit the squts etc hard, i notice my quad development moreso than my posterior :o

    That's why. Your quads aren't as developed as your ass, so that's where you're seeing bigger gains. :dunno:

    Single-leg exercises reign supreme for targeting the glutes. See this article for all sorts of variations.

    Also as a warmup before her workout i'd have her do the glute activation exercises i posted here to make sure her glutes are firing properly.

    before i did squats and deads, my ass was all lard. honestly, i never looked at my own ass til 4 months later to figure out my ass was firm and had signs of muscle growth. it wasnt as "saggy" or much loose as i would say.



    maybe get her to eat more and do squats/deads?

    Believe me woman. If I'm not huge on accident, you aren't going to get there either.

    my ass used to be a bit flatter, definitly not as much muscle/meat on it. i do squats as my primary exercise followed by dls.

    Because most of them have never set foot inside a gym to do anything other than read their Cosmo and run on the eliptical. They don't understand how slow gains are from lifting.
