    I need some opinions.

I have a line on a 1985 Audi Coupe. It says A2 on the back of it, and has a 5 cylinder, and the transmission is manual, and it's front-wheel drive. The car runs & drives, but I don't know what it needs. I would say the condition is commensurate with an 18-19 year old vehicle. It is not a cream puff, so it has a few blemishes.

I am wondering how much this car is worth, and what your opinions are regarding its "worthiness" in collectability.

i believe the collectible coupe is the coupe quattro.. not the coupe gt

check out www.audiworld.com for more details (check the historical section of the model guide and browse/search the forums)

yes, i'm about to get a '90 coupe quattro, but ive heard good things about the GT as well. i'd check blue book, but i'd say $1,200 or so, plus the fact that it'll be an antique in 6 or 7 years, so if properly restored, it could become quite a historical car.
