I'm not doing anymore pushups or sit ups at night even. Ive dropped everything except posing. Last night and this morning I did a full half hour of posing routines. The same routine and prep I'd do for any show. 10 minutes of manditory 10 minutes of going through my 90 second routine and 10 minutes of concentrating on some new poses this morning I did the same thing and damn I felt great. I got up a good sweat and good pump and I was breathing pretty damn hard I forgot how hard this shit was. Timing the manditories for 30 seconds each is a BITCH!!!! I started to concentrate on what I flex first in a most muscular, how to pull out the lats on a hands-on hip. COncentrated on front calve spikes to pull out the shin muscle...felt great.
