    Im going on vac in 2 weeks, how often can i work out my abs without being counter productive, couple times a week, everyday more than once a day? need to look shredded for the ladies

    You aren't going to be able to build any muscle, so I suggest throwing up every meal to try to get rid of some of the fat on them.

    really no fat on them just need to have them show as much as i can

    been working out for about six months now just want to concentrate more on abs until i leave

    if you want ur abs to show , u need to lower ur bodyfat

    I would say you could probably work abs every other day and be fine if you work them semi-regularly.
