I spent a week in Engelskirchen and Cologne Germany. I just got back on Wednesday night, and one highlight of the trip was a high speed trip down the autobahn in this Porsche GT3. We were aiming for 300 km/hr, but only made it to 287 km/hr because of some slow Sunday drivers on the autobahn. It was one hell of a ride - we were passing cars, and heavy breaking on the slow cars. The GT3 is an AMAZING machine if you've never ridden in one. I'll post more pictures from the trip later on. I am still going through them.

I am sure the GT3 was a blast to ride in. I got the chance to ride in a brand new GT2, and to this day that is the fastest production car I have ever ridden in. It had the ceramic brakes also.........and they absolutely blew my mind. That.......and there was literally zero nose dive from a 80-0mph 'two footed' stop.

I think he had upgraded brakes too...there was NO nosedive at all. That car was soooo quick. He had updated the suspension, and it felt like it wanted to "jump" over some spots on the road...he was two footing the brakes too when we were coming down from 250 + to around 100 km/hr....I got scared one time when he made a pass on a slower car, and as it slowly moving over...he pulled on the left shoulder to pass and was accelerating HARD. I think we had 12" between door mirrors. He locked the brakes up too...coming up too fast on a slow car in the left lane...it was SICK.
