I think i might be making a big deal about this, but why do guys who are in a relationship look at porn? My boyfriend and i have been together for 2 years, and we are living together now. We have every opportunity in the world to have sex, but why does he still keep his porn collection and continue looking at women online? This really bugs me because it makes me feel like i am not good enough for him.
If a guy has every chance to have sex with his girlfriend who he is in love with, then why keep the porn around (hidden might i add)? I'm very bothered by this...

    • MEN LOVE PORN. Period.
If they tell you otherwise, they're either lying or a Christian... OR BOTH.
    • PORN CAN ENHANCE YOUR SEX LIFE. But not withstanding the following:
      • 1) PORN IS ADDICTIVE. It should be taken in moderate amounts.
      • 2) JEALOUSY WILL DRIVE YOUR PARTNER MAD. Which is why:
        • A: If your ratio of Porn vs. Real Life Sex it something like 75/25: CHILL THE FUCK OUT.
(Not withstanding the rare even that your partner is not putting out) then you have reason. But you still have a problem- and you need to address that.
        • B: You're in one of those uber-serious monogoumous relationships:
The kind where you get jealous at the mere thought of your partner looking another being of the opposite in a sexual way- and/or restrict them from watching pornography- They will see it as taboo and want to WATCH IT EVEN MORE- and they WILL DO SO, behind your back, slowly difting further away from you, which is why:
          • YOU SHOULD KILL YOURSELF.
          • OR JUST KILL YOURSELF.
Seriously, those days are gone and your ways are old. Kids are having sex at a younger ages- they're learning it from cyber-porn. and whadda you know? Nothing.

The real fucking lesson here, is that relationships are a two way street. It takes two to tango. So when you have issues in a relationship, your both equally responsible for resolving the issue as a team. Trump would agree with this. Hell, if you look close enough, you'll see that everything in life is a two way street. It's general relativity. :)

    Who said you weren't?

Oh, because... Yea, well. I can't really speak from a male perspective other than what it factual. Like men love porn.

I am a lot like you in this area. However, I have found that we are the minority.

As already stated (most)guys love porn, they love naked women and sex. This doesn't suddenly magically change if they're in a relationship. You need to accept that this is nothing against you, it's just part of the parcel with guys.
As for keeping it hidden, it's because he thinks you wouldn't approve(he's right). Maybe if you suggest watching some together, or get him some as a present he won't feel the need to hide it as much. But for him to be more open about it, you need to be more open to accepting it.

Yep. Although not the most comforatable approach for a a woman to take, I will agree it is HIGHLY effective to break his porn addiction.

    Reverse psychology. It works ;)

...I didn't see anything about an "addiction", that would be a different ball game, I think she was just describing normal porn usage.
I wasn't suggesting stopping him from looking at it at all.
