Hey I really didn't know if this is the right forum but it has to do with your muscles I guess. When I am lifting a heavy box of things and have to carry it a ways... It feels like my muscle is popping under my skin on the under side of my forearm. Does anyone know what this is? I've asked friends and they think I'm crazy. It feels almost like a bubble of air under my forearm... It feels like it pops it doesn't actually make a noise.

I get that in my forearms sometimes when I'm doing backwords curls (cant remember the actual name right now, but its when I curl the bar or dumbell and have my hands face away from me instead of towards).

It doesnt seem like a big deal, feels weird sometimes. I think its like a vein expanding or something.

nah it doesn't hurt it just feels like air bubbles popping under my skin. It's a very odd feeling I can't really describe it.
