do any of you guys use the polyester fiber sold at walmart for sub enclosures? people recommend going their and buy those that come in pieces rather than spending 3x amount at a car audio shop.

we send people to the craft section of walmart, when they ask for polyfill... we're not doing the install, and if we are doing the install... and they ask for it, we throw it in no extra charge.

I've hit up the local Wally World for a cheap ($5 or less) polyester pillow that I then unfold (they're folded over and over to attain the shape they have) and line the interior of the enclosure with, using some spray foam adhesive and a couple well placed staples from a staple gun to hold it in place.

A remarkable improvement over the uninsulated cabinet.
