As the title states, I have changed my mind about 100 times within the last few days. I have always been a fan of Polk, and used them in alot of installs, mine, along with a bunch of others and have not had any real probs. But kinda want to try new things. I have not really messed around with car audio for about 2 years now, and i'm kinda trying to get back into the swing of things. The big point of this is, what are the best speakers i can get for the price. I don't want to spend a arm & leg on this. I currently do not plan on amping them, but that could change. I listen to all types of music, and i love clarity more than anything. Thanks for all help:wavey:

I was thinking that, but the stereo is not a huge item in this build-up. I just cannot stand the OEM sound though.

The only Polks are the only ovals ive ever heard, they were 6x9s in sealed boxes powered by an old jensen amp, they didnt sound all too bad. so i will vote polk

    JL
    Alpine
and MB Quart are also viable options I would assume

I hear ya when it comes to Polk. I've had Polk Momo Audio 6 1/2's in my Prelude I used to own and those things sounded AMAZING at only 119 a pair. I'd def. buy those again and that's why I'm going with their DB 5X7's as soon as I get $120. You can get the pair for $120 and if you read the reviews on them on the Polk site I'm sure you'll be pleased like I am.
