    I was thinkign of building some fat bars for the high and low pulleys, but i am up for recomendations?

    Ok, feel like a total fuckstick because I feel like I know what a telegraph is but its not coming to mind. Do tell?



    And I know its not the comunication device.







    edit: fat bars for the pulleys would be easy is fuck to build.

    it's actually pretty small, the weights that you put on there are tiny too, it's kinda funny actually. These big powerlifting guys were impressed when one of their guys finally was repping out 12 lbs one day and the rest could only do 8.5

    75 free at thrift center after i turned in some shit, i was really happy with myself
    Low and high pulleys
    Tricep rope
    short bar
    long lat bar with the angled ends
    soem thing to put on the low pulley to make it rowable
    2 oly bars
    1 oly curl bar
    1 texas power bar
    Chains for suspended goodmornings
    two mini bands
    Sled that needs to be sandblasted and painted
    bar holder
    Big punching bag, probably 100 pounds
    Belt
    and all my gear

    Shit I want:
    Fat bars
    45 back raise
    Telegraph
    some other grip machine, its plate loaded, forget what iots called
    rolling thunder
    Deadlift platform
    Safety Squat Bar
    Cambered Bar
    Blast Straps
    More bands and some chains
    More dumbells
    100 plates
    I want to rebuil;d the base on my rack so i can pull inside it

    unfortunately, No, just the sled, the bar holer, the boxes and the boards... :wtc:
    Decided on atleast the platform tomorrow, and in a dramatic twist of events i decided that i would put my rack on the platform, wich is awesome, because it makes my lowest pin setting two inches lower, and allows me to finally have a sumo base!

    finally got it finished, it was a shit tonof work, but fucking worth it! Now I have to figure out how to mount up my damn high/low pully system.
    the ethiopian lookign kid is my yuger brother, I can not seem to motivate him to not look like a stick :(
