    Well, do you? And please, you're reasons for doing so / not doing so. I've been reading a lot on this topic as of late and am wondering what F&N's opinion on it is.

    Nope, I usually take weights that I know I can hit. If I do miss, it's because of technique mainly

    When I miss a weight I know I can nail because of techniue I get so furious it just makes me work that much harder.




    The only time I go to failure is GPP shit; such as tire flipping, loading, sledge work or sled pulls.

    i'd lift til failure on certain days only, mainly on the big lifts
