The paint is in OK condition, with medium scratches and light swirls. There are also water spots that wont come out. This is what I'm planning to use. I want the paint to be mirror-like.

    1) Clay Magic Clay
    2) Meguiar's #1 Medium Cut Cleaner (applied with buffer)
    3) Meguiar's Dual Action Cleaner/Polish (applied with buffer)
    4) Meguiar's #26 High-Tech Yellow Wax
    5) S100

I added the DACP because I want to be sure to give the paint the oils that it needs.

I am willing to do/buy whatever it takes to make the paint flawless. I have heard good things about Vanilla Moose--Can I substitute anything above with it? Also, should I use a random orbital or orbital buffer?

    TIA.

I think after DACP you should use a lighter polish like Meguiars Swirl Free, Vanilla Moose or Meguiars #7 before you wax. Swirl Free or Vanilla Moose are easier to use than #7 (they buff off a lot more easily).

All orbital buffers are random orbitals. Make sure you use the proper pad with each product.
