Suggestions on a good polish for a silver car, i'm looking for a good deep wet look and relative ease of use would be nice too. I'm gonna top with s100 BTW.

I agree, the Werkstatt twins are excellent on silver. However, if you feel the need to top it (and you may not), Optimum Car Wax is killer on silver.

Bottle says 3-5 months, I get around 3 to 3.5 months.

Well at this point i JUST purchased an s100 container so I'm stuck until it runs out, I'll try the stuff you suggested though. In your opinion though, would you top the polish or no... I dont want to lose any effect by topping specially if i dont need to.

In addition, I just clay bared the car and put 2 layers of the s100 on 2 days ago, I want to do the work over again. To strip the wax, should I clay bar again or will the prime do that for me?

Not sure exactly what you are asking about topping the polish but you'd use Prime then Acrylic Jett. Wait a full 24 hours for AJ to cure than try S100 on a panel or two to see if you like the look.

    Prime will strip S100.

I was asking if you would personally put wax over the AJ....what effect does the wax have on the way the paint looks?

I don't put wax over AJ unless a customer requests it. Too many variables to say how it affects the look. Just try it on a panel or two for comparison.

Last question, how many layers do you recommend of each product.

2 layers for complete coverage. I don't buy into the eleventy billion layer nonsense. I have never seen any independent tests that show any sealant or carnauba actually film builds, or that multiple layers of sealants look better...although multiple layers of carnauba will optically distort the finish to give the look of better depth. However, I don't think it does more than marginally increase durability.

This was for each product or just the polish(not the prime).

No need to use each polish more than once.
