How large can you get your earlobe untill it will not close back all the way? I want to get some wooden plugs or something like that in my earlobe but want to know about the long term effect.

It all depends on the person from what I have been told. I've heard b/t 6g and 2g.

    What, the leftover holes?

No, not really. They don't look any different than a standard piercing hole. Most people can't believe that I had them gauged out.

  6. I agree, it all depends on the person. In my left ear I have a 0g, lost my g for about 3 months when it was about a 2g, when I got a new one, I bought a 0, and it went right through with a bit of a tight squeeze, yet it loosened up within that day. Now, in my right here, I current don't have anything at all, when I lost my g, my right ear completely closed up, now I can only fit a 14g in it, and I am working on gauging it back up. So to make this shorter, yes it all depends on the person.
