    I've been on pure CEE for 3 weeks. haven't seen any gains over any other CEE, but really, thats to be expected IMO.

    tried the beta alanine by itself today. I got some very nice pumps. During cardio I did 30min on the stairmaster and felt like I could have done at least an hour.

    i stacked purecee, beta-alanine, and redblast today.

    felt like a normal workout, had a tingly sensation throughout the whole body (similar to a pins and needs or niacin flush w/out the redness) preworkout though.

    how long before workout did you take red blast? some people need to take 1hour to 1:15 so that it peaks during workout. Hydration, lack thereof, can also impact stim effect (this goes for most stims).

    around 50 minutes. took in about 1/2 gallon of water pre-workout and frequent trips to the fountain during.

    I've tried red blast and it did nothing for me. But in retrospect, after trying multiple stims, then finally saying fuck it and doing the C+E stack and being able to fall asleep... I've come to the conclusion that nothing will get me wired.

    you may have some adrenal/adrenal depletion and/or tyrosine hydroxylase issues. might want to try choline (reccomend choline dihydrogen citrate or choline citrate, lecithin is a decent source as well) and tyrosine/acetyl-tyrosine. note- Neurogenex has both of these.

    oh snap really? :noes:

    I'm looking for some sort of proof as to what this product actually does. It just says increases focus, nothing to do with adrenal depletion or anything else.

    that is not its primary purpose, though many focus, energy and concentration issues are related to adrenal issues.

    those 2 particular ingredients as well as galantamine may be of significant help to those with adrenal and/or tyrosine hydroxylase issues (smokers often have low tyrosine hydroxylase (though they are just one category)

    most people see noticeable effects within the first several days. as to impact on adrenals, again it really depends on the extent of depletion as well as how much of a factor that depletion is in your adrenal issues.

    Taking PureCEE, Yohimburn, and SesaPure now. Beta-alanine is coming.

    I definitely feel that tingle/sensation from the Yohimburn -- but doesn't affect workout, which it's not supposed to do anyway.

    PureCEE has typical endurance help of CEE, which is expected

    SesaPure made me feel great after a night of drinking. Only been on it a few days but I'm keeping track of overall progress.

    I mentioned this in another thread... but BA and PureCEE with a good dosage and timing made for a ridiculous chest day recently.

    I actually wasn't feeling much intensity on the walk to the gym, but after warmups I started getting pretty vascular and incredibly intense. The tingling was annoying while standing around, but during a set it gave that extra bit of endurance to PR on my 6th set, when I would have normally already peaked for bench.

    CEE is CEE, but BA could be a diamond in the rough, and this coming from someone who is skeptical over a lot of supps and stims.

    I got a free tub of beta alanine from Mike so I wouldn't say anything bad about AF (bribery :kdubb: ) awhile ago.

    I just threw it on top of everything else I was using (which was just BCAA's and food). My recovery improved a bit. I liked it.. but too much $ for regular use.

    btw- compared to most supplements beta-alanine is pretty cheap, the only mainstream items of comparable effectiveness that are cheaper is probably creatine mono or caffiene (dose/cost wise)- and creatine mono is not for everyone.

    Anyone ever get stomach issues/nausea from beta alanine?

    I noticed that after taking my first dose but it could've been unrelated.

    have not heard of it, nor experienced it. Though might be possible, pretty much anything can cause stomach issues or nausea in some people. Though as stated have not heard of anyone.

    would guess that its probably unrelated.

    Early on when selling BA powder and people were megadosing it, we had a few complaints of stomach cramps.
