    :ugh:

I weighed myself on Thursday and I was 266

I weighed myself today and it 'says' I'm 279.

    :wtf:

Seriously, is it even possible to gain 13 fucking pounds in that amount of time?

I didn't eat badly, I did have like three beers on Sunday watching football but what...the...fuck?

Variation of 5-10 lbs is possible for a person 200 and blow from water weight alone, given that you're 260+....yes.

If you're the type who has to constantly weigh themselves, make a rule to not weigh-in for at least three days after drinking any alcohol.

Ahhh, okay, as long as it's water I'm not worried about it. Just kind of freaked me out...:o

I don't constantly weigh, I usually do it about once every week/week and a half cuz I was curious.

Good tip, I'll avoid it if I drink any alcohol. :coold:

If you're going to weigh every 1.5 weeks, I'd suggest doing it every week, or every two weeks instead. That way it's the same day every week.

I am going to say the scale was off since you didn't do anything out of the ordinary..... However, it is possible to do lose/gain that much in that amount of time. I can easily lose/gain 10 lbs in 5 days if I try.

Okay, I weighed myself tonight and I've lost five pounds since this morning.

    So it's either water....or cancer

i hate that "bloat" factor. it's hard to gauge whether any weight gain is lean or not. my weight fluctuates 2-3lbs everyday and there doesnt seem to be any correlation between how "ripped" i appear in the mirror vs how much i weigh. i dont think i've ever gained/lost 13+ pounds in a week though
