Want something that isn't hard to carry around DAILY...perhaps a smaller form.
I also want it to be 100% legal in California.
And somewhat affordable but I'm also looking for dependability.

    Suggestions?

edit: price point of ~150 or less
edit2: come to think of it, it needs to be very pocket friendly :)

Benchmade Griptilian or Mini Grip are nice knives.

I've been eyeing several S30V Benchmade's that would fall in your pricerange...

Benchmade makes a good knife, S30V is THE BEST steel IMO.

    even something with a blade < 3"?

Wow... I thought you could do that pretty much everywhere.

OP, get a Microtech Troodon. Money and laws be damned!

You can carry a knife without a CCW in FL.

What kind and how big is entirely up to the cops interpretation of a "common pocketknife" though.

The only thing I dont like about the mini grips is that they are thicker than others.

Partially true. Fixed Blade, Switch Blade, Gravity Knives, ect are all illegal to carry/conceal.

Folding Pocket knives with a blade 3" or less are good to go.
