please recommend a "capper" for my CEE powder

    CEE has a wicked taste, capping it is the way to go

    I was fine with that, but it may be causing my gumline to redede.

    i use a spoon, put it on the center of my tongue so it doesnt touch my gums or teeth, and have a glass of water ready to take it down in one swoop, I brush my teeth right after. Been working good for me.
