    sorry guys. iwas updating now its final.

    my protein intake should be about 1.5 g per lb of body weight. how does everything else look? i want to gain muscle but wihtout getting fat. lean out?

    5'9 185 lbs. id say my body fat percentage is no higher than 15 %
